Join us on October 23rd, at the McAllen Convention Center to kick off our Octobrefest Celebration!
Similar to Octoberfest, we have infused a little of the wonderful Rio Grande Valley Culture in this fantastic festival!
The festivities will include beer, food, and live music throughout the evening. We encourage everyone to come out and join us for a night of great fun and an opportunity to create wonderful memories.
"Oktoberfest represents a time-honored tradition in Germany. This celebration just so happens to coincide with the 101 anniversary of our own McAllen Rotary Club. What better way to celebrate another year than to gather with our community at the McAllen Convention Center for a celebratory Oktoberfest-inspired event," says McAllen Rotary President, Brent Smith
The event will include traditional Oktoberfest menu items. We will be serving 15 different German/German style beers, bratwurst, hotdogs, sausage on a stick, spaetzle, sauerkraut, and pretzels. Plus 3 bands and a dance floor. We have booked some really great musicians to enhance the libations and lift spirits.
Tickets to this incredible experience are just $50. VIP tables are available and come with souvenirs. Doors open at 6:30 pm and will continue until 10 pm. All proceeds from this event will benefit local charities.
